What Areas do you Service?

  • We service most of Sacramento and go the furthest South to South Sacramento, West to West Sacramento, East to Roseville and Folsom and North to Natomas.  We DO NOT service Elk Grove, Davis, Woodland, Rocklin Lincoln, Auburn, El Dorado Hills, Lodi, Rancho Murieta and some rural areas.  Please contact us to ensure we are in your area as the area is subject to change.

How many Cleaners do you send?

  • We typically send out a crew of 2 people.  Example, if you contract for 8 man hours, we would be there for 4 actual hours.

Do you clean on weekends?

  • Currently we DO NOT clean on weekends.

Do you perform Move Out/In cleanings?

  • We work move out/in cleanings on a case by case basis due to limited to availability.  Please contact us

Can I purchase a certain number of man hours and customize the cleaning to what I specifically want?

  • Yes, please contact us to customize the cleaning

How many hours do I need?

  • 300-400 sq ft per man hour
  • 30 -60 mins for kitchen or bathrooms
  • 15 – 30 mins for bedrooms/offices
  • 30-45 mins for living / dining / family rooms

*These are general estimates for average residences.  How often you have your residence cleaned, if its completed professionally, how many people occupy the residence, age of the residence and if you have pets are all significant variables to determine the length of service required. Please contact us for a detailed estimate.

Do I need to supply any cleaning supplies?

  • No, our cleaners supply all our green cleaning products, supplies and equipment

What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?

  1. Have a detailed list of your priority areas to focus on or specific instructions available.  All cleaners understand and what is necessary in assessing what they can and can’t accomplish in the allotted time based on the condition of the residence. This also helps with setting clear expectations at the start of the service.
  2. The more arranged or clutter free the residence is, the more efficient the technicians can clean your residence, saving you time and money. Help us Help You. 
  3. While we can wash dirty dishes in your sink, this takes up a lot of time that could be used to clean other areas of your residence.  Please wash your dishes before the cleaning so we can clean your sink and you receive more time on actual cleaning.
  4. Always arrange ahead of time a way for the cleaners to get in and out of your house securely.

Is there a window for the cleaners to show up from the appointment time?

  • Yes, Please allow a 30 minute window for show time due to unforeseen circumstances.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • 72 hour notice required for rescheduling or cancellation or full forfeiture of voucher  or payment may apply.
